Thoughts for today

I take the weekends off in my cartoon world. I use old cartoons that go back generally two years. The one for today goes back to 5-6-03. This cartoon used a lot more light and shade than the treatment I am using in 2008. I quit using a lot of solid shades because it increases the load time when someone comes into Giggles from Beyond. My current rendering style loads pretty fast and gives me the chance to play with the Angel and Devils faces. I'm going to change my ways of picking what old cartoons are used on the weekends. Rather than using a two year back selection criteria I'm going to just go back in time and pick the ones that were more fun for me to draw at the time. Like this Angel digging into cartons of old records. With all the depth that Final Judgment implies, I'm sure some of us have a lot of history stacked up somewhere in the Great beyond. There will be some frantic little Angel trying to find all your records. If their record keeping is anything like mine, good luck, you may have a long wait up there.
