Thoughts for today

Religion and Science have always disagreed as to where we and everything else came from. God made everything as the Bible outlines against the idea that everything came from the biggest bang ever as outlined in a Big Bang Theory. Simple thinking sums it up as, ‘ something out of nothing’. The Bible will not change so that argument is locked in. Science is a book in progress, change is the game. A nifty book by Bernard Haisch called ‘The God Theory’, proposes this idea. " As science integrates the in-depth knowledge of the physical world accumulated over the past three centuries, it will be channeled into a new and exciting line of inquiry that acknowledges the expanded realty of consciousness as a creative force in the universe and the spiritual creative power embodied in our own minds". "In our own minds", does it for me .I hope thinking like this promotes a big hug between Religion and Science.
